Customer Reviews
Arrived within the 8-12AM scheduled time frame. Would have been nice to have known, that morning, it wasn’t going to be until about 10AM. Tony was friendly, efficient, and good at explaining to me what was going on.

Fast, excellent service. I called late in the day and made an appointment for following morning. Communication was excellent. Installer was clear, friendly & capable. The replacement garage door operator was $912 (all-in). Seemed a little high to me but I didn’t want to futz with getting other quotes. Plus, the LifeMaster 8160 operator is suppose to be a solid choice and should last. Although, for the price I would’ve expected a belt drive versus chain drive model. I would definitely recommend BDK.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. How do I know if my garage door spring is broken?
If your door slams shut, won’t open, or feels way too heavy to lift, the spring’s probably shot. You might also hear a loud bang when it breaks—like a mini explosion in your garage.
2. Can I fix a garage door myself?
You could, but should you? Garage doors are heavy, and the tension in those springs is no joke. One wrong move and you’re dealing with busted fingers—or worse.
3. How long does a typical repair take?
Most repairs wrap up in a couple of hours. Quick in, quick out.
Unless your system’s ancient or Frankenstein’d together, we won’t keep you waiting.
